The apartment has 1 large double bedroom but can sleep 4 people as it has a very large sofa bed in the Sitting Room.

The Apartment is close by The Royal Mile Waverley Train Station Airport Bus Stop Princes Street Scottish Parliament Dynamic Earth Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags New Register House ( Genealogy / Family History Centre) - walking distance (the apt owner is happy to offer advice and information regarding family history research in Edinburgh) National Library and Central Library New Festival Theatre &  Playhouse Theatre Many restaurants and pubs John Knox House Story Telling Centre (1 minute)  Museum of Childhood (1½ mins)

Facilities Living flame gas fire in marble mantlepiece in sitting room Central heating throughout TV with Freeview / DVD  (+ some classic movies) / music centre, Payphone Sofa + sofa bed ( larger than double sized & very comfortable) Bedroom full plenty of storage space.  Bed can be set as twin or double Bathroom with bath & shower.  Towels supplied. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/drier, dish-washer, full size gas hob and fan assisted electric oven and a multifunction microwave. An iron and ironing board as well as all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and linen supplied. Entry phone system to apartment. All gas, electricity, linen, towels, & taxes are included in rates NB Apartment is on 4th floor - stairs are well lit but there is no lift. Parking - most guests do not require parking due to good transport links, but there is on street parking from 18.30 pm --> 8 am weekdays & all day on Sunday.  There are also parking bays opposite the apartment and a car park within 5 minutes walk.
