Appin Home Farm is situated in an area of outstanding beauty with magnificent views over Loch Linnhe to the isles of Mull, Lismore & Shuna from both cottages. Situated half way between Oban & Fort William, it is an excellent position to explore a wider area. We are ½ mile from Riding, Watersports / Boat Hire Centres. Nearby are excellent hotels and restaurants for your evening meal.

The house is newly renovated to a high standard. There is a large double bedded room with basin and private bath / shower room and TV. Also, a compact twin bedded room with basin and shared bathroom and TV. There is also a single room with basin and shared bathroom and TV. All have tea/coffee making facilities. The large dining room / hall has a sitting area. A games barn with ping pong, small snooker / pool table, darts, piano, exercise bike and badminton is shared with our holiday cottage tenants.

Behind the courtyard is a large walled garden for you to relax in with views to the mountains of Morven.
