Ballagan Farm Bed and Breakfast Balloch is a family run B&B near Loch Lomond.  It is an ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside.

Ballagan has 3 guest bedrooms, each with  an independent entrance - The Ballagan room, The Black Watch room & The Royal Stewart room - each with double bed, toilet, small fridge, plasma TV/DVD, tea/coffee making facilities and a decking area to enjoy the crisp autumn mornings or warm Summer evenings.  Two of the rooms contain up-to-date shower cubicles which can be used as steam rooms with built in radio players.  NB that the rooms are available as bed and breakfast accommodation or for self catering stays (the Ballagan room, eg, has its own kitchen). We are only 45 minutes from Stirling, 30 minutes from Glasgow and Glasgow Airport.

Ballagan Small cottage style family room sleeping up to 3 people with a King size bed. This room has its very own kitchen with all the amenities, including fridge, cooking facilities, dining table and fitted cupboards. TV/DVD player, wardrobe and small sofa. Toilet with bathroom / shower, toilet.
