Blackhills Estate is a 4000 acre country estate consisting of farms, woodlands and moorland. The cottages are situated in the grounds of Blackhills House at the centre of the Estate and are reached by a half mile private (tarmac) drive. The cottages form a secluded group, well away from other habitations but close to each other. They have direct access to Blackhills Garden which is a magnificent 70 acre woodland garden.

The cottages are particularly suitable for all people who enjoy secluded walks. There is an all weather tennis court in the grounds. The Moray coast is particularly well supplied with golf courses. Riding is also available at Cranloch Riding Centre close by.
