Newport-on-Tay can be reached

by ROAD from:

  • Edinburgh - Leave M90 motorway at Junction 8 and follow A91 and A914 to roundabout at Tay Road Bridge. Exit this roundabout and follow detailed map to Braemore.
  • Dundee - Cross Tay Road Bridge (Toll) and on Fife side exit roundabout following signs to Newport.
  • St.Andrews - Follow A91/A92 to roundabout at Tay Road Bridge. Exit this roundabout following signs to Newport.
By RAIL from:
  • Dundee or Leuchars (Edinburgh to Aberdeen Main Line). A collection service can be provided.
By AIR from:
  • Edinburgh Airport - A collection service can be provided.
The access to Braemore is by means of a narrow lane on the North side of Tay Street, some two hundred metres after passing underneath the Road Bridge. The entrance to the lane is between two mature copper beech trees immediately after the signs to The Seymour Nursing Home. Turn right halfway down the lane. Braemore is the second house.
