BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR BUCHAN COTTAGE
Deposit : 25% of full rate should accompany booking form. This is normally not refundable except where accommodation is not available for dates required.
Balance is due five weeks before start of holiday. If less than five weeks at time of booking, full remittance should be sent.
Confirmation is sent on receipt of deposit.
Cancellation: please advise immediately. Where cancellation is made before holiday start, you will be liable to full holiday cost. If re-let, all payments will be refunded less any administration costs.
Max No of occupants: this must not exceed number for which beds are provided.
Breakages: loss or damage to the property or contents must be reported and paid for before the end of the holiday. (In most cases no payment is charged.)
Unsuitable Hirers: the owners reserve the right to refuse to hand over holiday accommodation to any persons who, in their opinion are unsuitable to take charge. In such a case payment will be refunded in full, less costs.
Arrival / Departure: Arrival time is 3:00 P.M. and the property should be vacated by 10:00 A.M and left clean and tidy.
