The village is an ideal location for exploring the beautiful Scottish countryside with Stirling, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs all close by. Glasgow and Edinburgh are both within one hours drive. The village offers excellent facilities with two pubs, both with superb restaurants serving traditional Scottish and European dishes and a large selection of beers, wines and spirits. Many whisky brands are available. There is also a tea room, pottery and craft shops and a Post Office.
