Cairn View Cottage Aviemore is a traditional modern Scottish self catering cottage at the north end of the village of Aviemore in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park.

Cairn View Cottage with its large Lounge and open plan Kitchen has three spacious bedrooms all en-suite. One bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds with en-suite bath and WC. 
Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower and WC; the other has twin beds, en-suite shower and WC.  
The Kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer plus utility room with washing machine.  
The cottage has a separate Dining area with beautiful views of the Cairngorm Mountains.
The Lounge is equipped with TV, video, DVD and sound system.  

There is off road parking for up to three vehicles and a large rear garden totally fenced off with picnic tables and Barbecue, there is also disabled access for wheelchairs to the rear of the cottage.

Visitors will find an exceptionally wide variety of both summer and winter pursuits, including some of the finest walking and mountain biking available. Within easy walking distance is the village of Aviemore for essential shopping and dining out at some of the very best in local restaurants. A short drive away is the Cairngorm Mountain Funicular railway open summer/winter. Great for skiing and snowboarding, excellent golf courses, two lochs sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, hill walking, Reindeer Centre, Highland Wildlife Park, Landmark Forest Theme Park, Highland Folk museum, Waltzing waters, Heather Centre and Alpine Nursery Rothiemurcas Estate, Bird watching, Trout and Salmon river fishing.
