Cala Sona Holiday Cottage Skye is a newly completed and beautifully furnished holiday house on the Isle of Skye. It is one of few holiday homes on Skye with facilities for disabled guests - there is a ramp & an easy access shower suitable for wheelchair users.  There are 2 bedrooms - one double & one twin bedded room - sleeping 4 people in total.  The Lounge has French Doors leading onto a raised decking where you can sit and enjoy the superb sunsets.  There is a good sized dining area; the Kitchen area is fully equipped with all necessary facilities including washing machine, microwave & fridge/freezer.

Cala Sona is set in the quiet crofting township of Borneskitaig, with a highland Pony Stud.  There is a variety of outstanding walks in the area from a quiet stroll to a days walking all with stunning views over to the Outer Hebrides.  There is also a small jetty within ½ mile at Camus Mor which is suitable for launching small crafts.  Uig is the nearest main town where you will find restaurants, shops, hotels and the ferry terminal connecting Skye to the Outer Isles.  Portree, the island's capital, is a further 15 miles south of Uig and here you will find all the facilities you would expect of a busy town.

An electric coin meter is in operation, but the first £15 of electricity is provided.  There is ample off road parking and garden furniture for some alfresco dining.
