If you are looking for luxury holiday accommodation all year round in Aviemore, look no further. Our newly developed detached property is situated within a new residential area of Aviemore a few minutes walk from the town centre. Whether you are a family group or a business looking for a team building golf/adventure weekend, everything you require is on your doorstep.

The property is suitable for up to 8 people and has been furnished to a luxury standard. To the front is a driveway with space for 2 cars and the garden is laid to lawn. The garage has been converted into a recreation room that includes a Full Size Slate Pool Table, Table Tennis and an Infra-Red Sauna. At the rear of the property is a large enclosed garden safe for children to play in. There is a large decked area where you can sit and relax with a glass of wine or fine whisky. If the mood takes you and you feel like a brisk walk there is access to the Orbital path around Aviemore which is one of the possible routes to the town centre.

Accommodation:
- The ground floor has a large Lounge, Dining Kitchen, Double Bedroom, WC, Utility room and Recreation room.

- The first floor contains the Master Bedroom with en-Suite shower room, 2 Twin Rooms and the Family Bathroom, which has a separate Shower cubicle.

- To the front of the villa is a driveway for 2 cars and garden laid to lawn. There is an enclosed garden to the rear of the Villa that has a large decked area with seating for 8 people. A Barbecue is supplied for those that like to cook outdoors.

The Villa is situated in a quiet area surrounded by woodland. With the Aviemore Orbital path immediately to the rear of the property.

During your stay at Craigellachie House you can make use of the Dalfaber Golf and Country Club. Our membership gives 2 adults and 2 children free access to the Swimming Pool, Spa Bath, Steam Room, Sauna, Gym* and 9 hole Golf Course. Additional facilities are available though these are not covered by the membership. We are offering FREE GOLF at Spey Valley Golf Course in Aviemore when you book Craigellachie House (subject to availability).
