A warm Scottish welcome to Craigmoss Guest House in Edinburgh - one of the finest family run bed and breakfasts in the centre of Edinburgh  We've created a friendly, warm atmosphere in our lovely Victorian villa. Our aim is to make sure you relax. Just ask our many guests who return year after year, from all walks of life.

Craigmoss is situated in a quiet location, only a 15 minute walk to the city centre. It's the ideal base for exploring this vibrant city and its many visitor attractions.  We have strived to maintain the Victorian character of the house.  There are 5 guest bedrooms - 3 are en-suite and 2 with  private bathrooms. Twin, double and family rooms are available. All rooms have comfortable beds, television, towels, toiletries, hairdriers, radio alarms & hospitality trays. All our rooms have a DVD player in addition to which a selection of DVDs is freely available to use (ideal for children). Each is centrally heated with individual temperature controls and all are non smoking and your room, of course, is cleaned every day.  We aim to provide a first class service at all times. If there is anything you need, just ask!

Breakfast is served in our relaxed and sunny dining room. You can enjoy an authentic full Scottish breakfast - porridge and haggis (vegetarian or meat). Ask for a wee taste of the haggis, even if you don't want it as a breakfast - it's always available so don't miss out.  Another favourite on the menu is our Craigmoss Special - smoked bacon, potato waffles and maple syrup - a sightseeing power pack.  For those who prefer to relax over breakfast, take advantage of our Continental room service breakfast. If there is anything else you need, no matter how small- from an extra blanket to ice for your drink, please just ask!
