Crosshouse East is a delightful stone built
semi-detached self catering holiday cottage on Islay. The cottage is situated on the shore of
Loch Lochindaal.
The accommodation consists of:

Bedrooms - 1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room
Sitting Room with a coal fire & back boiler (there is also an electric immersion
heater), settee & three armchairs, TV & video
Dining Room with dining table, CD
player and radio
Bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin
Well
equipped kitchen
Heating is also available via 4 storage heaters throughout
the house
Linen and towels provided.

CURRENTLY UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS AND IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR LETTING.

The garden has a stone wall
which surrounds the whole of the property. There are two
entrance gates, one of which is wide enough for a car to enter; a gardener cuts
the grass on a regular basis. At the bottom of the garden is a small bothy where coal
and logs and two mountain bikes, which you may use, are stored. The nearest shop and hotel are located
1½ miles away in
Bridgend and more extensive shopping is available in Bowmore 5 miles away.
