Children (Daily Rates) are charged at a reduced rate depending on ages: <5 years, less£5  |  5 years+, 50% adult rate
Children (Weekly Rates) <5 years, less £30 per week  |  >5 years, less £100 per week.
*NB The Rates specified do not apply at Easter, Christmas & New Year + Bank Holiday weekends
Four adults sharing is the same rate per person but we do not normally recommend the cottages for four adults
For Xmas and Easter special rates and booking terms apply and prepaid lets are not refundable at this time.
The short stays include for daily servicing and a continental breakfast served in your fridge.
Weekly lets include for a complimentary breakfast on your first day and change of bed linen and towels midweek
Electricity, etc is included in the specified rates
Booking: To book a short stay we need a deposit for the first night's stay with balance paid on arrival.  To book a weekly let we require a deposit for 50% of the week's accommodation with balance two weeks before arrival.  Cheques should be made payable to H MacPherson
Servicing:  To allow for the servicing mentioned above, our house person will seek to gain access between 10.30 am and 12.30 pm.  should servicing not be required on the due date, towels can be changed by leaving them in the hallway.
Departure: Apartments require to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure or a fee will be incurred
Cancellations: Your deposit is lost if you cancel part or the whole of your booking.  Prepaid lets are not refundable.
