By car from Inverness:
Take the A9 north over the Kessock Bridge
At the Tore roundabout follow the signs for Ullapool (A835)
At the Maryburgh roundabout follow the signs for Ullapool (A835)
Just after Garve turn left onto the A832 for Gairloch, Kinlochewe, and Lochcarron
Once at Garve (about 25 miles from Inverness), keep on Ullapool road and turn off left onto A832 (11 miles before Ullapool ) at Braemore Junction (Aultbea 32 miles)
Once at Aultbea stay on A832; you do not need to go into the village. Turn right up the hill at the cross roads (church below the road ) towards Drumchork Lodge Hotel and the Lodges; the cottage is the second whitewashed property on the right, please park beside the wooden fence to the side of the track.

Watch out for Red deer on the road between Garve and Gruinard.

Directions to Keyholder: When coming on the A832 from the Ullapool road (A835) pass through Laide, after approx 2 miles take first left to Cnoc Donn Bed and Breakfast. It is the larger of the two houses down the track.
