The Caledonian Canal at Fort Augustus

Invergarry is an ideal touring base, situated in the heart of the Great Glen, with the pretty village of Fort Augustus less than 10 minutes away by car and Fort William, Glencoe, Mallaig, Eilean Donan Castle, Urquhart Castle, Inverness and of course the famous 'Nessie' village, Drumnadrochit, all within easy reach.

Don't miss beautiful Glen Affric or the marvelous views from the tortuous Mam Ratagan Pass leading down to the little village of Glenelg with its Iron Age Brochs and ferry to Skye.

Eilean Donan Castle

There are many outdoor activities available, including boat hire, golf, fishing (Trout and Salmon) and Pony Trekking. The Great Glen Cycle Track (Fort William to Inverness) is directly above the Bed & Breakfast and is ideal for mountain bike enthusiasts. There are also some beautiful forest walks in and around Invergarry itself.

We are about 20 minutes drive from Aonach Mor Ski Centre which offers Gondola rides and a dry ski slope as well as winter skiing, and there are more than 30 Munros within 30/40 minutes drive.
