Cancellation Policy 

A reservation, whether by letter, e-mail, fax or telephone is a legally binding contract. We would always recommend taking out the necessary travel insurance. To protect against late cancellations and guests not turning up, we are obliged to put the following policy in place:

If the reservation is cancelled within 21 days of arrival then the cost of one night's accommodation will become due, unless the room is re-let.
