Eildon House is a beautifully restored Georgian townhouse situated offering luxury Bed and Breakfast just 7 kilometres (15 minutes drive, 20 minutes by bus) east of Edinburgh city centre.

Eildon is furnished to a very high standard with antique furniture and original paintings. Every effort is made to provide for your comfort. All rooms have TV, radio and hairdryers as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Assistance with laundry and ironing if required. Eildon has a high Scottish Tourist Board 3 Star rating. This rating is based on overall standards of amenity, housekeeping and hospitality. We also have Scotland's highest accolade for environmentally responsible tourism, a Gold award for the Green Tourism Business Scheme

The blue room and the garden room share the luxurious bathroom with its elegant mosaic tiling. The blue room is a pretty twin bedded room with a sofa and writing desk. The garden room is a double bedroom overlooking the herbaceous borders and lawn. This room also has a sofa.

We are very close to the new Queen Margaret University Campus. Eildon is only 15 minutes by bus with a door to door service.

The master en-suite bedroom has both double and single beds which makes the room more versatile for guests needs. The spacious en-suite has a quadrant shower, WB and WC. It is fully tiled and finished in a neo-classical style.
