Facilities available within Killearn
Within the Village there is a Spar, Co-op, Butcher, Chemist, Bank, Regular bus service to Stirling and Glasgow, Post Office and Health Centre.

Local Activities
Local activities include walking (West Highland Way), fishing (River Endrick, Lake of Mentieth, local Fisheries), tennis, golf (8 courses within 10 miles), pony trekking, water sports (Loch Lomond), architecture (home of Rennie MacIntosh), cycling (hire nearby), Glengoyne Distillery, local art galleries, craft shops and fashion boutiques.

Places to eat in the immediate area
There are three good restaurants in Killearn: The Black Bull and The Old Mill are both within walking distance and The Beech Tree Inn is a 5 minute drive. The Wishing Well at the bottom of the lane offers the very best light lunches and afternoon teas in the area. Drymen (a village 4 miles away towards Loch Lomond) has two hotels and three Restaurants to choose from. The other villages in the surrounding area (Balfron, Blanefield, Fintry, Buclyvie, Balmaha) all have hotels and pubs that serve food all day.

Slightly further afield
A twenty minute drive, Milngavie has a large Tesco and Marks & Spencer food store.
