From the Swallow Roundabout coming from Perth
turn RIGHT on RIVERSIDE AVENUE(A85) until you pass the train station, with the HMS Discovery on your right
take the Aberdeen Road until you reach a mini roundabout
take the second exit passing under the Tay Road Bridge, passing the Apex Hotel on your left carry straight on pass the HM Frigate Unicorn on your left until you reach Thorter Neuk
turn right and drive to the bottom which is Marine Parade.

Alternatively if you are coming over the Tay Bridge take the left off ramp and follow the above directions from the mini roundabout.
