Balcarres is situated in Seafield Gardens on the shores of Loch Linnhe off the main A82 which passes through Fort William.

Travelling north, Seafield Gardens is before the town centre. As you approach on the A82 you pass through a 30 MPH sign; Seafield Gardens is the next turning on the right. Proceed into Gardens, then turn 1st sharp left and Balcarres is the 3rd house.

Travelling south on the A82 after the west end roundabout, Seafield Gardens is the second turning on the left. Proceed into Gardens, then turn 1st sharp left and Balcarres is the 3rd house.
