To reach us ...
Kilmelford is situated on the A816, 15 miles south of Oban and 20 miles north of Lochgilphead.

If coming via Oban
take the A816 to Kilmelford
Half a mile after passing the hotel and Post Office in the village centre, turn right on the road that runs alongside Loch Melfort (signposted Melfort and Degnish).
After a 1½ miles, you will see a row of white cottages on the right, just before the bridge over the little river. Turn right down the farm track immediately beside these cottages (look for B&B sign). In 50 metres you reach Fearnach House, with Old Dairy Cottage adjoining.

If coming from the south
Take the A816 through Lochgilphead
After 20 miles, just before reaching Kilmelford village itself, look out for the second 40 mph warning sign and turn left immediately after this on to the Melfort / Degnish road alongside Loch Melfort.

It is possible to park in the drive outside the house and cottage.
