Red Stag Lodge Aviemore

Luxury large self catering accommodation in Aviemore

5 Star Chalets in Aviemore Approached across a small moor, along the original 18th Century coaching road to Inverness, this outstanding Scandinavian style lodge is on a secluded South facing site. The lodge, on four levels is named after the red stags that may be seen close by.

Panoramic views of three mountain ranges are absolutely breathtaking, constantly changing hour by hour, season by season. Scottish icons and tartan detailing have been thoughtfully used in the finishing and every room is equipped to the highest standard to attain the Scottish Tourist Board top self catering award of 5 stars.

The heart of Red Stag Lodge is the spacious pine clad lounge. Styled like a highland shooting lodge with Victorian stag antlers above the open fire, subtle tartans and prints of sporting highland scenes make this a comfortable and extremely welcoming gathering area, complete with TV, video, CD sound, libraries of tapes, board games and books.

A fascinating place......so different and so comfortable! The veranda, with the Cairngorms as a stunning backdrop, is a great place to breakfast or plan your day. The dining / morning room can seat nine people at the table to enjoy the views of the mountains and glens. It's marvelous for morning coffee to formal dinners!

The Lodge can accommodate 9 guests. Accommodation and facilities include:
