Welcome to Kincraig House, situated on the lower slopes of the Monadhlaith range.  Kincraig offers very special self catering near Aviemore - ideal accommodation for family holidays, reunions, special occasions, shooting and fishing breaks. To the front there is a panoramic view of the Cairngorm Mountains sweeping south towards Laggan.

Kincraig House is a most attractive and comfortable "B" listed Adam house with original fireplaces and spacious rooms. It sits on a marvelous elevated position with fabulous views on the outskirts of the pretty village of Kincraig. Easily accessible from the village, it offers quiet seclusion surrounded by the acres of Dunachton Estate. The House itself is built between, and linked to, the original traditional shooting lodge which is over 250 years old.

A favourite haunt of hill walkers, climbers, birdwatchers and lovers of the countryside, the House lends itself to those who wish a relaxed, warm and comfortable stay. You are guaranteed space, quiet and an appreciation of the good life. The area has an absolute wealth of attractions, nature reserves, excellent watersport facilities, skiing. A number of good golf courses, walking and fishing are all within a short drive from the house. In the village there are two hotels and a well stocked shop. Further facilities are available at Aviemore and Kingussie. 5 miles from the well known ski resort of Aviemore and 5 miles from the old village of Kingussie.

Ancient traditional Scottish custom - handfast weddings - are hosted at Kincraig House by Scott AnSgeulaiche.

NB: Kincraig House is strictly NON SMOKING
Dogs are accepted by arrangement @ £15 per week - must be kept under control (sheep country)

There is one French Folding Cot. (please bring own bedding - Health & Safety ruling) 1 Childs High Chair  |  1 Barbeque.
All prices are inclusive of Electricity/Linen/Towels/Coal/Logs for the Lounge Fire.  In addition there is full 24 hour Central Heating provided by an Ecological Danish Pellet Boiler
