For outdoor enthusiasts, the Cateran Trail long distance walk passes through the village, there are lovely signed walks of all types, good loch and river angling, a huge choice of golf courses within easy reach, off road driving, extreme sports such as rafting, canoeing and gorge walking and in Winter ski-ing and boarding at Glenshee.
