From the M90 exit at Junction 3 & take the A92 north
Proceed on this road till you come to the Junction - Kirkaldy East
Turn right at this Junction and then at the next island turn left onto A 915. Follow this road. 
Over a small island and at the next Island turn right and follow the A915 for St Andrews
At the Kirkton of Largo continue straight ahead on the A917 for the Easr Neuk.  This road will take you directly to Anstruther
Follow the road into the town past the Craws Nest, Dreel Tavern & The Smugglers Inn and you will now come to an Island.  
Turn right at the Island, go down to the esplanade, follow the road along past the Fisheries Museum and the harbour. As you continue you will see the sign for Cellardyke ahead of you on the corner 
Turn left and be prepared to turn immediately right - through the archway into Murray Square.

You can also follow signs for Fife Coastal Tourist Route and enjoy a very scenic journey to Anstruther.
