Accommodation comprises: twin bedded room with en suite shower room; a second twin bedroom; single bedded room with full size single bed; a second bathroom with bath and shower The sitting room and dining area are comfortable and light with a colour television and video. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher and enough equipment to provide dinner for 10 people. St Andrews, in the East Neuk of Fife is renowned the world over for the quality and quantity of its golf courses. This is the home of that peculiarly special Scottish style of golf, the links course. Sometimes gentle and benign, often ferocious and windswept but unfailingly a challenge to all golf addicts. But St Andrews has a wealth of attractions for the non-golfer. Its rich history is evident wherever you turn. The first University in Scotland was established here in 1410 and the college buildings are an important part of the town centre. There are castle ruins, quaint cottages and cobbled streets to wander through. . St Andrews also boasts a wonderful stretch of golden sands, a leisure centre with a large pool and fitness centre. home in St Andrews is tucked away from the road up a short vennel (alley
way) in the oldest part of the town. Close to St Andrews Castle, and the old harbour, it is only ten
minutes walk to the first tee on the Old Course. Restaurants, bars and
shops are all within 5 minutes walk and free parking is available on the
street. The house is fully modernised, comfortably furnished and
practical.
