Surrounded by stunning scenery, The Owl House is a freshly decorated villa sleeping six offering self catering in Aviemore. With a south facing locations in a quiet cul-de-sac, uninterrupted views of the Cairngorms.

Located within a short walking distance of the village centre, railway station and River Spey, the Owl House is the perfect location for relaxing and enjoying a variety of outdoor activities in the Scottish Highlands including skiing, snowboarding, climbing, mountain biking, water sports, fishing and walking in superb mountains.

Our guests also enjoy free membership for four people to the luxurious Aviemore Highland Resort Leisure Club, featuring swimming pool & flume, spa, hot tub, gym and sauna.

  • Rental is from Saturday to Saturday

  • The Owl House is a non smoking property

  • Unfortunately pets are not permitted

  • All linen and towels are provided  |   Electricity is included in the price

  • A cot & highchair are available if required.

Accommodation comprises:
3 bedrooms upstairs - one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, one twin  bedroom, and one single bedroom with bunk beds. 
Separate Bathroom with toilet, bath & electric over-bath shower.
Lounge with TV/DVD player with SKY TV and Hi-Fi
Dining room seating 6 comfortably
Kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and fridge
 Large Conservatory which has open views of the mountains and surrounding countryside
Separate Cloakroom with toilet
Secure integral garage offers parking for one car, bikes and other outdoor equipment and contains tumble dryer with private parking for a further three cars
The Garden at the rear of the property is a secluded sun trap with wonderful open views.
