Cancellation policy: No deposit is returned if cancelled within 14 days of arrival and all rooms cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged at 75% of the current rate. Bookings will only be confirmed following the receipt of a deposit which is 15% of all bookings. All prior booked rooms must be paid for in full on departure. Our check-in time is between 4pm - 6.30pm (unless prior arrangements have been agreed) and all rooms must be vacated on day of departure no later than 10.30am. 

NB: Evening and Lunchtime Meals can be arranged through Rhanna Bed & Breakfast at the local Moorings Hotel giving all Guests a 10 % Discount off their Meals this coming season from April 21st 2011 to October 31st 2011.
