Castle Stalker,  Appin - the castle is situated on an island, it can be viewed from the main Oban road but is open to members of the public at various times during the year. These times are available plus information about the castles history on its website

Kinlochlaich Gardens - these are not far from Port Appin and well worth a visit

The beautiful Port Appin, with its views, walk and ferry crossing over to the Isle of Lismore, where it is possible to either hire a bike or take your own bike across and cycle round the island

The Scottish Sea Life Sanctuary - situated between Appin and Oban

Only a short distance further on there is: Fort William, Glencoe, Glenfinnan, Inchree, Kinlochleven, Oban.
